Acceptable Use Policy

AI Kitchen Redesign is for visualizing changes to homes, rooms, yards and other spaces. To keep it safe and fair for everyone, these rules apply to every account, including free trials.

Photos you upload

Upload only photos you took or have the right to use. Do not upload:

• photos showing people, especially children, or anyone who has not agreed;
• documents, screens or anything showing personal information such as names, addresses or account numbers;
• illegal, sexual, violent or hateful content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

What you create

Do not use the service to:

• create sexual, violent, hateful or harassing images;
• make misleading property listings, for example presenting an AI concept as the real current condition of a home without saying it is a rendering;
• impersonate a real business, designer or brand, or claim AI images as professional construction plans;
• produce content that breaks any law where you live.

If you use images for real estate or business marketing (Studio plan), label them clearly as "AI-generated visual concept" or similar.

Using the service fairly

Do not:

• create multiple accounts or clear cookies to get more free images;
• use bots, scripts or automated tools to generate images, scrape the site or test payments;
• try to break, overload or get around our limits, security checks or payments;
• resell or share access to your account.

What happens if rules are broken

We may block a request, remove content, suspend or close an account, and refuse refunds for accounts that break this policy. Where the law requires it, we may report illegal content to the authorities.

Reporting a problem

If you see content that breaks these rules, or you believe your rights were infringed, email support@aikitchenredesign.com with a link or description.
