The rules for using AI Kitchen Redesign
By using aikitchenredesign.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What the service does
AI Kitchen Redesign creates AI-generated visual concepts of rooms, yards and outdoor spaces from photos you upload. The images are illustrations, not construction drawings, measurements, quotes or professional advice. They may contain inaccuracies, including changed proportions or details. Always consult qualified professionals before building, buying or renovating.
Your account
You can try the service as an anonymous guest. To keep using it or to pay, sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Your photos and our license
You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give us permission to store and process them, and to send them to our image-generation providers, only to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the right to upload each photo. Do not upload photos of people without their permission, or anything illegal, hateful, sexual or violent.
The images you create
Subject to these terms and to paying for your plan, you may use the images you create:
- Free, Starter, Value and Pro: for personal, non-commercial use, such as planning your own home and sharing ideas with family or your contractor.
- Studio: for commercial use as well, such as client proposals, property listings and marketing.
AI-generated images may resemble existing designs or products. We do not guarantee that an image is free of third-party rights.
Images, plans and payments
- Each generated picture uses one image from your balance (2K pictures on Studio use two). A full redesign creates two pictures.
- One-time packs never expire and never renew.
- Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled. Images included in a monthly plan are valid for that billing month and do not roll over. You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing; you keep access until the end of the paid month.
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Refunds
Full details are in our Refund Policy.
- Images that fail to generate are refunded to your balance automatically.
- If the AI changes your walls, windows or layout, you can claim that image back from the result card (up to 3 claims per day).
- If you are not satisfied, email support@aikitchenredesign.com within 7 days of a purchase. If you used less than 10% of the images in that purchase, we will refund you in full.
Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service: no scraping, reselling access, automated bulk use, attempts to bypass limits or payments, or using it to create misleading listings that hide a property's real condition. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
