Pricing questions
What counts as one image?
Each redesigned picture counts as one image. A full redesign makes two pictures, so it uses two images; changing one thing (like the cabinets) makes one. Sharp 2K downloads on Studio count as two images each.
Do one-time packs expire?
No. Images from Starter and Value packs never expire, and the packs never renew. Monthly plan images refresh every billing month and do not roll over.
How do I cancel a monthly plan?
Open Settings → Billing and click "Manage subscription". You can cancel there in one click; you keep your images until the end of the month you paid for.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not happy, email us within 7 days of a purchase. If you used less than 10% of the images, we refund you in full. Failed images are always refunded automatically, and you can claim back any image where the AI moved your walls or windows.
