How AI Kitchen Redesign handles your photos and personal data
This policy explains what we collect when you use aikitchenredesign.com ("we", "us") and what we do with it. Questions: support@aikitchenredesign.com.
What we collect
- Photos you upload of rooms, yards and outdoor spaces, and the images we generate from them.
- Account details from Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture. If you try the tool without signing in, we create an anonymous guest account that holds only your uploads and results.
- Payment records such as the plan or pack you bought and its status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security, abuse prevention (for example, limiting free trials per network) and fixing problems.
How we use your photos
We use your photo only to create the redesigns you ask for. To do that, the photo and your instructions are sent to our image-generation providers (currently Kie.ai and the model operators it uses), which process them to return the result. We do not sell your photos, show them in public galleries, or use them to advertise.
Your designs are private to your account. They become visible to others only if you create a share link yourself; anyone with that link can view that one design.
How long we keep things
- Photos and designs stay in your account until you delete them or delete your account.
- Payment records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting.
Please do not upload photos that show people, documents or other personal information.

Your choices and rights
You can download or delete any design from My designs, and delete your whole account from Settings. You can ask us for a copy of your data or to correct or delete it by emailing support@aikitchenredesign.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have additional rights, which we will honor.
Security
Files are stored in Cloudflare R2 and served only to their owner or through a share link the owner created. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to what is needed to run the service.
Children
The service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for significant changes we will tell signed-in users.
