Refund Policy
When and how AI Kitchen Redesign refunds purchases and images
We want you to pay only for designs that work for you. This policy explains every way you can get images or money back. Questions: support@aikitchenredesign.com.
Automatic image refunds
- Failed images: if an image cannot be generated, the image it used is returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to do anything.
- Layout changed: if a result moves your walls, windows, doors or changes the room's layout, click "AI moved my walls or windows?" under the image. That image is returned to your balance right away and redone with stricter layout rules. You can claim up to 3 images per day this way.
Money-back guarantee (7 days)
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, email support@aikitchenredesign.com within 7 days of paying, from the email address on your account, with your order email or Stripe receipt.
- If you used less than 10% of the images in that purchase, we refund the full amount.
- If you used more, we will look at your case individually, for example if images failed or the service was unavailable.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Refunded purchases remove the remaining images from that purchase.
Monthly plans
- You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing → Manage subscription, in one click. You keep your images until the end of the month you paid for, and you will not be charged again.
- The 7-day guarantee applies to the first payment of a plan and to each renewal: if a renewal charged you by surprise and you used less than 10% of that month's images, email us within 7 days and we refund it.
- Monthly images do not roll over to the next month.
One-time packs
One-time packs (Starter, Value) never renew and their images never expire, so there are no surprise charges.
Not covered
We may refuse refunds for accounts that break the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, or for repeated purchase-and-refund patterns.
